Returns are free. To return a product please register your return in our Return portal so we can provide a freight label for you. We offer returns 30 days after receiving the order. 

Please note that personalized/engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged

Please note that if you wish to return a product it has to be in the same condition as when you received it. You may open the box and check the product, or try the size.

If you decide to return a parcel through any other way than with our pre-paid shipping label, Skultuna does NOT carry the responsibility for the parcel until it has reached the warehouse and has been signed for by a Skultuna staff. It's very important that the parcel is sent as a business parcel, if sent as a regular parcel it will end up at a pick up point and we will not be able to claim it. Business parcels are delivered directly to the warehouse.
