- Can I add the discount to an order already placed?
No, we can not add a discount to an order already placed, if the order is not processed, we can cancel it so you can replace it with the discount - I made an order before the campaign, can I get the discount on that order too?
No, we can not give the discount to orders placed outside the campaign period, if your product is unused and you have the box and everything that came with it, you may return the order and make a new one with the discount. During Black Week, expect longer delivery times than usual. Both in processing time and shipping time. We can not give exact delivery times, but you can track your order once shipped and see when it is expected to arrive. - This is a Christmas gift. Do you have an extended exchange/retur right?
