Can I exchange a product I ordered?
Exchanges are free.
To exchange a product please register your exchange in our Return portal so we can provide a freight label for you. We offer exchanges 30 days after receiving the order. During April 20th and June 20th we have an extended exchange period.
Please note that personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and the giftbox must be intact to be able to complete an exchange.
To register an exchange, please use our Return portal for further instructions and to receive a free return shipping label.
You need to order the new product like before, a full refund will be issued for the returned product once recieved and processed here in Skultuna.
Return Shipping
Skultuna offers free return shipping by pre-paid shipping labels which are available once the return errand has been registered. The parcel can be dropped of at a service point or you can contact the shipping company for a free pick-up. If you use our shipping labels we carry the responsibility for the parcel until it reaches Skultuna, as long as it has been properly packed for a secure shipment.
Please note!
If you decide to return a parcel through any other way than with our pre-paid shipping label, Skultuna does NOT carry the responsibility for the parcel until it has reached the warehouse and has been signed for by a Skultuna staff. It's very important that the parcel is sent as a business parcel, if sent as a regular parcel it will end up at a pick up point and we will not be able to claim it. Business parcels are delivered directly to the warehouse.
