Shipping Terms

Transportation

We offer free delivery and returns World Wide. Goods are shipped from Sweden with UPS or DHL. Skultuna accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. Please register your claim with our return portal
Normal delivery time with standard shipping is around 14 days but it may vary depending on the country of destination. Where available, UPS standard shipping will be made to a UPS pick-up point for collection.
DHL Express shipping is made directly to the address on the order.

Please contact your local UPS or DHL to learn more about delivery times to your country. We ship all orders immediately but can not predict any delays that may occur after the order has left Skultuna. Any such delays in delivery does not grant any refunds. Please visit www.ups.com or www.dhl.com for current status on delivery times worldwide.

We also offer the option for express delivery for an extra charge, delivery time may vary but is usually within one week.

Delivery charges

Orders to countries outside the EU will be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Skultuna does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office, FedEx or DHL for more information. 

Please note, orders to Norway & Great Britain include VAT and no extra charges are added to the shipping.

Express shipping is subject to a fee which is visible in the checkout.


Non picked up goods

Items not collected and returned to Skultuna will be subject to a fee of 20 EUR/USD/GBP or 200 DKK/NOK which will be deducted from the credit made to the card used as payment.


Return Shipping

Skultuna offers free return shipping by pre-paid shipping labels which are available once the return errand has been registered. The parcel can be dropped of at a service point or you can contact the shipping company for a free pick-up. If you use our shipping labels we carry the responsibility for the parcel until it reaches Skultuna, as long as it has been properly packed for a secure shipment.

Please note!

If you decide to return a parcel through any other way than with our pre-paid shipping label, Skultuna does NOT carry the responsibility for the parcel until it has reached the warehouse and has been signed for by a Skultuna staff. It's very important that the parcel is sent as a business parcel, if sent as a regular parcel it will end up at a pick up point and we will not be able to claim it. Business parcels are delivered directly to the warehouse.
