It is difficult to say exactly how long it takes to process a return as it depends on factors such as delivery time for the return, but above all how many return cases are waiting in the warehouse.

In general, once the return has been sent in, it can take up to 14 days for the return to be processed, but it usually goes faster than that. Exceptions are around holidays such as Christmas, Black Week, Graduation (summer) and the like. Then the number of incoming cases increases and thus also the handling time. Our warehouse does its best to handle all cases as quickly as possible, but please expect that it may take longer than normal.

You will receive updates as the case is handled with us. As soon as we have processed the return, a refund request is sent to Klarna, PayPal or ShopifyPay, which refunds the amount to the account/card used for the purchase. When the refund is activated, it takes up to 10 banking days before the money appears in the account.
