How do I know if my order has gone through?

Once the order is completed, you will be rerouted to a page that says "Thank you for your order" and the order number. You will also receive an order confirmation to the email address you used when placing the order.
If it has not turned up within 15 minutes, check your junk mail. If you still can’t find it, please contact Customer service at webshop@skultuna.com.
We have noticed that some email servers treat our emails from the website as SPAM, some end up in the Junk mail folder but some don’t get delivered at all. To avoid this issue you can add this email address to the safe sender list or as a contact.
