The order didn't go through but my card was charged?

If the order has gone through, the money won't be charged to the card/account until the order is sent, before this there is only a reservation of the amount.
If there has been an issue with a payment, you need to contact Klarna who is the payment provider.
The payment details are not available to us, only Klarna can see this in their system as it's considered a personal detail and protected by GDPR.
Go to www.klarna.com and choose your region to access the customer service.
