    Can I apply the discount to an order that has already been placed?
    No, we cannot add a discount to an order that has already been placed. It’s also not possible to cancel orders during Black Week. If you want the discount, you need to place a new order with the discount applied and then return the incorrect order via our return portal once it has been delivered. We offer free return shipping.

    I placed an order before the campaign started; can I get the discount on that order as well?
    No, we cannot apply the discount to orders placed outside the campaign period. If your product is unused and you have the box and all included items, you can return the order and place a new one with the discount.

    What is the delivery time?
    During Black Week, you can expect longer delivery times than usual, both in processing and shipping. We cannot provide exact delivery times, but you can track your order once it has been shipped and see the estimated delivery date. As soon as your package has been packed, you will receive an email with tracking details.

    We can never guarantee delivery on a specific day or before a certain date. Please note that the delivery date shown at checkout is only an estimate and does not take holidays, high demand, or potential delays into account.

    My package was delivered to a different pickup point than the one I chose—why?
    This can happen if the selected pickup point becomes full. When that happens, delivery is declined, and the package is automatically routed to the next pickup point along the route. Therefore, packages may arrive at a different pickup point than the one the customer selected.

    This is a Christmas gift. Do you offer extended exchange/return rights?
    Yes, starting November 16, we offer extended rights to return or exchange products until January 16. You register the return as usual in our return portal.

    I want to make an exchange—can I get a discount on my new item?
    Exchanges with a discount can only be made for products of the same value and that are in stock. It is not possible to exchange for an item of a different value and keep the discount after Black Week. The items available for exchange will be listed in the return portal. For exchanges to an item of a different value, you must make a return for a refund and then place a new order in the webshop. No new discount will be applied.

    I forgot to enter the discount code at checkout—can I still get the discount?
